It all started at the end of the XIXth Century, with the La Bâthie plant in Savoie, France, always dedicated to the production of abrasives.
In 2017, we joined the specialty materials branch of DADA HOLDINGS LLC, headquartered in the USA.
DADA HOLDINGS LLC is an investment and management company based in Fort Lauderdale, FL (USA) that makes control investments and manages companies in various industries.
The partners of DADA are also minority partners in ATALCO The Atlantic Alumina Company with production of metallurgical and non-metallurgical aluminas in Gramercy, LA (USA).
DADA’s partners’ holdings include ElementUS Minerals, which will sustainably extract and monetize valuable rare earth elements and other critical minerals by recycling bauxite residue, initially at the ATALCO refinery site in Gramercy.
DADA’s partners’ holdings also include NICHE European Holdings, which owns specialty minerals businesses Niche Fused Alumina in La Bâthie, France and Niche Fused Magnesia in Hull, England.
